Scholarship of Teaching and Learning

The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) is the practice of examining and improving teaching through evidence-based inquiry. Faculty investigate what works in the classroom, apply insights to their courses, and share findings in a wide range of venues to further teaching and learning across disciplines. The TFSC supports SoTL through workshops, teaching grants, and collaborative publication opportunities.
